We may process: URLs you submit for scanning and report generation; email addresses you provide when purchasing or requesting delivery; payment-related identifiers processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers); technical logs (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed for security and abuse prevention; and limited diagnostics required to operate the service.

We process data to provide the audit and reporting service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps).

We process data to comply with legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records) where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We process data for our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing fraud and misuse, and improving reliability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), where not overridden by your rights.

Where required by law, we will obtain consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

We use trusted processors to run SEOSnap, including: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), OpenAI (automated analysis where enabled), and Vercel Inc. (hosting and edge delivery). Processors process data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.

Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under EU law (for example Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and as required by applicable law (for example accounting retention). Technical logs used for security may be retained for a limited period consistent with industry practice.

Depending on your situation, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We may use strictly necessary technologies required for the site to function. The language selector may store your preference in browser local storage to improve usability.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk in line with good industry practice.

SEOSnap is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
