By accessing or using SEOSnap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SEOSnap provides automated technical and on-page SEO signals based on information available from the URL you submit. Results are indicative and informational; they do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

Paid products are offered at the prices shown on the site. Where applicable, EU VAT rules may apply to digital services supplied to consumers in the European Union. VAT treatment depends on your location and customer type; any VAT amount will be handled in accordance with applicable law and as presented at checkout by our payment provider.

Where EU consumer rules apply to digital content supplied without a tangible medium, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU in certain circumstances.

By requesting immediate delivery of the SEO report, the customer expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you do not agree to immediate delivery and this waiver, do not request report generation or download; contact hello@stackedge.ai for assistance before completing your purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices where applicable. Billing support: hello@stackedge.ai.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass technical limits, probe systems without authorisation, or use the service in violation of law. We may suspend or refuse service where reasonably necessary to protect security or comply with law.

SEOSnap, its branding, and generated report formats are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a licence to use reports you lawfully obtain for your internal business purposes and sharing with clients or teams as permitted by law and these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEOSnap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, including where relevant the Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE) and other applicable Spanish and EU regulations.

The courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be contractually waived in your country of residence.
