FixFlow capabilities
The five jobs FixFlow takes off an agency week
This is not a feature grid recycled from the homepage. Each section below is one capability: what it does on a real client site, which recurring agency task it replaces, and where to see it in the demo.
GEO Score (AI visibility)
GEO Score: a number you can put in a client deck
What it does
GEO Score is a 0–100 index of whether AI answer engines can discover, understand, and cite the brand. It averages four crawlable checks — public /llms.txt, Schema.org entity markup, unambiguous brand wording in the title, H1 and meta, and author/date/source signals — then rounds to an integer. It sits next to the classic SEO score; it does not replace it. Share it, embed the badge, or re-run it after you ship llms.txt and JSON-LD.
What it replaces in an agency week
It replaces the vague Friday question “are we showing up in ChatGPT?” and the ad-hoc habit of pasting a prompt into Perplexity and screenshotting the answer. Consultants get a repeatable score they can put next to organic traffic, instead of a gut feel about AI visibility.
Fix generator
Fix generator: paste-ready meta, JSON-LD, and GEO briefs
What it does
From the issues the scan actually found, FixFlow drafts meta descriptions, JSON-LD, an llms.txt, and GEO briefs. Length, schema.org shape, and llms.txt format are validated before you copy. Invalid output is flagged for review; it is not presented as ready to ship. You still decide what goes into the CMS or the <head>, but you stop writing the first draft from a blank file.
What it replaces in an agency week
It replaces the two-hour block after every audit where a strategist rewrites titles in a doc, a developer is asked for “some schema,” and nobody owns llms.txt. The agency keeps the judgment; the generator removes the blank-page work that used to eat the delivery week.
Drift Watch alerts
Drift Watch: weekly re-scan, email only when something breaks
What it does
On Pro and Scale, every monitored site is re-scanned each week and compared to the last baseline. You get an email when the SEO or GEO score drops, a new critical issue appears, or the title, meta description, or canonical changes. Quiet weeks stay quiet. The dashboard keeps the score history and the issue changelog so you can show a client what moved, not just that you “checked the site.”
What it replaces in an agency week
It replaces the monthly recrawl you never quite schedule, the Screaming Frog project that goes stale after a plugin update, and the client email that starts with “we noticed the title changed — did you know?” Drift Watch is the junior who watches the roster so the consultant only spends time on regressions.
White-label client reports
White-label reports: the client sees your agency, not FixFlow
What it does
Shareable links and printable views go out under the agency brand. On Scale, clients see your logo; FixFlow stays off the cover. A custom domain option lets those reports live on your hostname. The same audit you used internally becomes the artifact you attach to a Slack thread or a monthly QBR.
What it replaces in an agency week
It replaces exporting a PDF, stripping another vendor’s logo in Figma, and uploading a renamed file to the client Drive. The report is already the deliverable. That is why Scale exists as a plan, not as a toggle buried in settings.
Multi-client issue tracker
Multi-client tracker: every open issue, one In Progress view
What it does
Issues do not vanish after a scan. They keep a status — New, In Progress, Applied, Verified — and on Scale you see every open item across the roster on one screen. Filter by site, severity, or owner-in-practice (whoever marked it In Progress). It is the difference between fifteen browser tabs and a single Monday standup list.
What it replaces in an agency week
It replaces the agency spreadsheet with one tab per client, the Notion board that nobody updates after the kickoff, and the “wait, who is fixing the canonical on shop.client.com?” message in the team channel. The tracker is the operations layer; the scan is just how new rows appear.
See the product, then pick a plan
The demo uses the same dashboard a paying workspace sees. Pricing is next if you already know you need a roster.
